In order to resolve this, simply follow a verification link for User B (search your inbox associated with User B for a verification email sent from Brazen) or log out of Brazen entirely and log back in with User A.Ģ. For example: you created User A, logged out, created User B, and then clicked on a verification link for User A while logged in as User B. If you find yourself at the screen above, it is likely that you are currently logged in to Brazen with the incorrect email. You may be trying to verify an email address that you are not currently logged in with. Unverified users can never enter the lobby of an event-they will always be prompted to verify before attending.Īny users who sign up through Single Sign-On (including LinkedIn) are automatically considered verified. Once logged out, the user will be prompted to verify at next login and can not register for additional events until they have done so. Keep in mind, the user is able to register for the event they just signed up for (and any other events) until they log out of the Brazen platform. Upon providing their email, an email containing a verification link is immediately sent to the email address provided. New users who sign up for an event with an email address are considered "unverified." What happens when someone registers for an event? Simply click "Verify Your Email" button in the automated email.
